Distinctive Unit Insignia
A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Azure, billetty Argent, a chevron embattled Gules fimbriated of the second. Attached around the bottom and sides of the shield, a red tripartite scroll inscribed "SUPPORT" "STRENGTH" "VICTORY" in Silver.
Dark blue and scarlet are the colors traditionally associated with the Adjutant General's Corps. Red is also emblematic of valor and sacrifice. The embattled chevron symbolizes support and strength and reflects the unit's motto. The billets (or rectangles) allude to the movement of information and personnel services for the soldiers.
The distinctive unit insignia was approved on 11 January 1995.
